Once the return is initiated, we will come and pick up the item from your home. Quality Control check will take place to validate the claim and Refund will be processed based on the QC (Quality Check) result. Total time required from pick-up to QC decision for Non-Bulky item will be around 4 working days. Please make a note of the following important points to avoid delay(s) in return & refund process;
- All accessories, freebies, and tags with original box should be available
- Avoid writing or pasting anything on the manufacturer box
- Product original box should not be damaged
