You are entitled to return the item within 14 days of the delivery date, only if the received item is damaged, not as advertised, faulty or any of the following reasons;

- Not as Advertised
- Missing item
- Not Authentic
You can initiate the Return of the product within 14 days since the time of delivery. Return can only be initiated when the product is on Delivered status. You may initiate the return by logging into your account – click on ‘My Orders’ tab and then ‘Start a return’ for self-return process. Once the return is initiated, we will come and pick up the item from your home. Quality Control check will take place to validate the claim and Refund will be processed based on the QC result.
Total time required from pick up to Quality check decision for Non-Bulky item will be around 4 working days, whereas for Bulky pick up to Quality check decision, 7 days will be required.
